Viewers will see the first of four broadcasts this week from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island and be treated to a glimpse of the beautiful environment that influenced the creation of one of the most classic pieces of literature.

According to the Vancouver Sun, fans of the show were already starting to gather at Confederation Landing Park on Sunday night, hoping to see today’s broadcast.  And by 7 a.m. this morning, 1,000 and counting were already there to snag one of the 3,000 seats available for each show.

Regis and Kelly arrived in P.E.I this weekend and have already filmed segments showcasing some of the island’s best features.  Guests for this week include Peter Facinelli, who plays the vampire Carlyle in The Twilight Saga, Stephen Moyer of True Blood and the band Lady Antebellum.
