On the morning the news broke, the cast and crew had to continue filming celebratory scenes written in the script, including the Bailey family’s opening of presents on Christmas morning.   Dylan Provencher (Hub Bailey) recently recalled this being an extremely hard time for the actors and crew to concentrate on their tasks.
