Anne's Life Lessons

Here’s a humorous (and educational!) blog post that I came across from a true Anne fan.  In her blog HelloGiggles, Caitlin Fitzgibbons made a list of the most valuable lessons people can learn from watching Anne of Green Gables.  I’m sure that many will enjoy her often tongue-in-cheek descriptions of what she has personally gained.  Here it is:

The Gilbert Auditions

The search for the right actor to play Gilbert Blythe – a character that many consider to be the epitome of the perfect man – was crucial to the success of Anne of Green Gables. He had to have the right chemistry with Megan Follows, as well as hold his own among the many veteran actors in the film, such as Colleen Dewhurst and Richard Farnsworth.
